Meet the Team
Chrissie
Hi, I’m Chriss, a wedding celebrant with a passion for crafting ceremonies that are truly personal and unforgettable.
My journey to becoming a celebrant is deeply rooted in my own experiences; both personal and professional. My passion for celebrant-led ceremonies was sparked by my own wedding experience. As our wedding venue wasn’t licensed for legal ceremonies, we had our legal ceremony at the local registry office in the morning and then had the most wonderful personal celebrant led ceremony at our venue later that day.
While the legal ceremony at the registry office was of course important, it was the celebrant-led ceremony that truly captured the essence of our love and our story. It was personal, heartfelt and filled with meaning in a way that the formal legal process simply couldn’t match. This personal insight has inspired me to help other couples experience the same depth of connection and the opportunity for a few laughs and happy tears on their special day.
I have over 12 years of experience as the General Manager of an exclusive wedding venue. During this time, I had the honour of helping countless couples bring their wedding visions to life. My extensive background in the wedding industry gives me a unique perspective on what makes a ceremony truly special and I’m committed to making your day as smooth and memorable as possible.
Whether you’re dreaming of a traditional ceremony, something modern or a completely unique and quirky celebration, I’m here to listen to your ideas, your story and bring your vision to life at your chosen venue on the glorious Northern Costa Blanca.
I believe that every couple deserves a ceremony that reflects their personalities, values, and the journey they’ve shared together. My style is fun, relaxed and informal while maintaining the true essence and importance of the occasion. When I’m not chatting with clients or creating and delivering ceremonies, I enjoy cycling with my husband in this wonderful area which keeps me inspired and energised. I also love getting creative with a crochet hook or sewing machine, pottering about in my garden and spending time with our 2 rescue dogs which keeps me busy and connected to what truly matters.

Amanda
Hi,
I’m Amanda, I have lived in Spain for 35 years and as a celebrant for 22 of those years.
I also work as a therapist and teacher.
My love for Spain began in Bilbao in the Basque country in 1981 with its green rugged, mountainous beauty and golden, vigorous Atlantic coastline and friendly hospitable people.
In 1999 I moved here to the Costa Blanca, the most beautiful area of the Mediterranean coastline with its deep azure waters and stunning blues skies , surrounded by majestic mountain ranges.
Whilst living in Javea I was honoured to be voted onto the town council as one of the first British council members, allowing the ex-pats to have a voice. It was at this time that I first began to conduct wedding ceremonies.
There is no better choice of a place in which to celebrate your wedding and I feel honoured to have the opportunity to play such a wonderful role in your day.
